We are currently raising capital for 2025. 

  • We have 3 upcoming new build projects to discuss with wholesale or sophisticated investors. Each project will cost between $3M to $4M. Minimum investment is $1M.

    • The share of profit for investors is between 50% to 70%, depending on the project.

    • We pay your share of profit and capital at the settlement of the sale. 

  • We have 2 upcoming renovation projects for investors ready to invest $200k to $400k.

    • For these projects, we offer a fixed rate of return for a fixed term.​

    • Your capital and return are paid at the settlement of the sale.

The duration of your investment.

 

OPTION 1 - RESIDENTIAL RENOVATIONS

Our residential renovation projects are on a strict timeline.

 

On average, from the acquisition settlement date to the sale settlement date, there is a maximum of 10 months and a minimum of 6 months.

 

In other terms, for a renovation project, you will invest your funds for a period of 6 to 10 months.

 

OPTION 2 - NEW BUILD

For new builds, the timeline is based on the building contract. Each project is unique.

 

OPTION 3 - ONGOING INVESTMENT RELATIONSHIP

Some of our private investment partners have decided to invest their funds with us for a period of 2 to 5 years.

For our ongoing private investment partners, as for our "one-off" partners, your investment is always secured by a property and your returns are paid at the sale settlement for each project.

 

If you decide to establish an ongoing relationship with us, your capital can be rolled into the next project, secured by a new property.

Your investment is secured directly by the property attached to your investment.

Our solicitors have prepared documentation for you and your legal team that outlines the terms of the private investor agreement. 

 

BERALDO GROUP'S OWN MONEY IS INVESTED IN ALL PROJECTS. 

 

The return on your investment.

 

Our residential renovation projects offer strong returns for our private investment partners.

 

We offer a fixed return, payable upon settlement at the sale of the project you have selected. This is all investors and the minimum investment is $200,000.

For the new builds, we'll be looking for a larger sum and we'll offer a share of the profit upon sale of the completed project. This is for wholesale and sophisticated investors and the minimum investment is $1M.

Case Study - Murphy Street

Coburg North, VIC

This project was a new construction on a block of land we owned in Coburg North.

Our private investment partner invested $400,000 into the project.

Their investment was secured by a caveat registered on the title of the property, as per the agreement prepared by our solicitors.

We paid them a 9% p.a. return at the term of the contract (14 months).

Once our investor received their initial capital and their return, the solicitors removed the caveat on the property.
